Voice broadcasting

Termination for voice broadcasting and IVR.

Reliable routes for reminders, notifications, surveys and press-1 campaigns, with the call rate and billing that short automated calls need.

SIP
Why it matters

Broadcast traffic is different from agent calls

Many short calls, sent quickly, to people who did not expect to pick up. Your carrier needs to be built for that pattern.

High call rate

Send large batches quickly, with the calls per second agreed for your campaign.

Short-call billing

Per-second increments on most routes, so short calls do not cost a full minute.

Valid CLI

Present a number people can call back, which improves answer rates.

Live reporting

Follow usage, balance and reports in the web portal.

Our dialer, or your own platform

Use the Auto mode in our hosted dialer for notifications, press-1 offers and surveys, or connect your own SIP broadcast platform directly to our termination.

  • Hosted dialer with IVR studio and phone surveys
  • Standard SIP for your own platform
  • Routes for the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Singapore and more

Consent comes first

Prerecorded and automated calls are tightly regulated, and many countries require prior consent. You are responsible for lawful use, and we can limit or suspend abusive traffic. Read our compliance page and the compliance checklist.

FAQ

Voice broadcasting questions

What call rate can I send?

The default is 20 calls per second per account. Higher rates are available on request once we know your campaign profile.

Are short calls billed fairly?

Most routes bill in 1/1 increments, which suits short broadcast calls. The increment for each destination is shown on your rate sheet.

Can I run press-1 campaigns?

Yes, where you have the consent and meet the rules of the destination country. We may review traffic patterns and ask about your consent process.

Can I use my own broadcast platform?

Yes. Any SIP-based platform can connect. You can also use the Auto mode in our hosted dialer.

Which codec is best for recorded messages?

G.711 gives the clearest audio. G.729 uses less bandwidth if capacity is limited.
