Compliance

Compliance and acceptable use.

Call center traffic is regulated. This page sets out how we keep our network clean and what we expect from customers.

Network policy

Acceptable use

No illegal or abusive traffic

No fraud, scams, harassment, impersonation or traffic that breaks the laws of the origin or destination country.

Valid caller ID only

You must use a CLI you are entitled to use. Spoofed or invalid CLI is blocked and may lead to suspension.

Consent and registers

You are responsible for consent and for scrubbing against do-not-call registers for the markets you call.

Quality of traffic

Traffic with abnormal short-duration patterns, excessive abandoned calls or high complaint rates may be limited.

Account security

Keep credentials private, use IP allow-lists and tell us about any suspected compromise immediately.

Reporting abuse

Report abuse or unwanted calls to support@voipkart.com. We investigate and act.

Fraud prevention

How we protect the network

Customer verification

Business details and use case are reviewed before traffic is enabled.

Monitoring

Volume, destination and duration patterns are watched for anomalies.

Spend limits

Balance, channel and call-rate limits cap exposure for you and us.

Fast response

Suspicious traffic can be blocked quickly, and we contact you straight away.
